Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the awesome balcony view from my luxurious room. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, particularly Sandesh and Chumsang Bhutia, who made our sightseeing easy to arrange. However, the dining options were quite limited, mostly fried food, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's a cozy spot to relax but could improve the dining experience.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the cozy atmosphere of the luxurious room and the comfy beds. The service was exceptional, particularly with the help I received from Chumsang Bhutia for my sightseeing tour. However, the distance from the main attractions was a drawback. Overall, the value was decent, but some areas, like dining options, could use improvement.
I recently stayed at this hotel where I spent one night in a premium room and the next in a luxurious room. Both rooms were clean and bright, offering a wonderful view. However, they weren't the most comfortable for a longer stay. The service was hit or miss; some staff were polite and helpful, but there were occasions where the attitude was off. The location was decent but a bit far from popular areas. Overall, I feel the value for money could be improved with better service and more comfort.
I recently stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights, and while the mountain views from my room were spectacular, the pricing felt a bit steep for what was offered, particularly given the shabby surroundings. The service was quite good, thanks mainly to Sandesh, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, but there were a few staff members who seemed less enthusiastic about their roles. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few ups and downs.
My stay was quite the experience! The hotel had a charming feel, although there were some aspects that could use improvement. The rooms were okay, with some issues with cleanliness, but the staff was accommodating. The location was a bit away from the main thoroughfare, which made getting to attractions less convenient. Overall, while it didn't meet all my expectations, it had its nice moments.
